How do I get more credits?

You can purchase additional credits through the in-app store. Simply tap on the credits counter in the app and choose your preferred credit package. Each enhancement costs 1 credit.

What photo formats are supported?

Pixivo supports JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats. For best results, use high-resolution photos (at least 512x512 pixels). The app works with photos from your gallery or camera.

How long does photo processing take?

Most enhancements complete in 5-10 seconds, depending on your internet connection and the complexity of the enhancement. Face restoration may take slightly longer for optimal results.

Can I use Pixivo offline?

Pixivo requires an internet connection for AI processing as our advanced algorithms run on powerful cloud servers. This ensures you get the highest quality results possible.

Are my photos kept private?

What artistic styles are available?

Pixivo offers 10+ artistic styles including Cyberpunk, Pixar Animation, Studio Ghibli, Van Gogh, Hollywood Glamour, Vintage, and more. New styles are added regularly based on user feedback.

Yes! Pixivo specializes in restoring old, damaged, or low-quality photos. Our AI can repair scratches, improve clarity, and enhance faces in vintage photographs. Results may vary based on the original photo quality.

How do I cancel or refund purchases?
