These terms and conditions apply to the Çiftliğim app ("Application") created by Hakan GOLGE ("Service Provider") as a Freemium service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the terms outlined below. Unauthorized copying, modification, or reverse engineering of any part of the Application or trademarks is strictly prohibited. All related intellectual property remains the property of the Service Provider.
The Application offers an optional auto-renewable Pro subscription that removes usage limits on fields, cashbook entries, and vehicle expense tracking. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your device's App Store account settings. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application, its features, or its pricing at any time; such changes will be clearly communicated in advance. It is your responsibility to maintain your device's security. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is discouraged as it may compromise functionality and security.
The Application uses third-party services with their own terms. Please review them:
Some app features (such as field mapping and cloud sync) require an internet connection and access to your device's location. The Service Provider is not responsible for performance issues related to connectivity or data limits. Use of the Application outside of Wi-Fi may incur data charges. Ensure you have permission if you're not the bill payer. Keeping your device charged is your responsibility. The Service Provider is not liable for service inaccessibility due to battery failure.
While the Service Provider strives to keep information accurate and up to date, the Application is a farm management tool and its field, cashbook, and expense data are provided for record-keeping convenience only. No liability is accepted for losses from relying solely on the app's functionality or data.
The Application may require updates. You agree to install updates when provided. The Service Provider may also cease app support without prior notice. If that happens, your rights under these terms will end and you must stop using and delete the app.
These terms may be updated periodically. Please review this page regularly. Updates will be posted here.
